TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Students are billed for private training lessons in advance with payments due monthly. Payments for the month are due ON or BEFORE the 1st scheduled lesson of the month, regardless of whether the students attends or cancels the scheduled lesson for any reason.
A $20 late fee will be charged to the student’s account for all late payments.
A $30 service fee will be charged to the student’s account for all returned checks regardless of the amount or reason
Students are allowed a total of 2 cancellations/reschedules per training session to be used for illness, injury, schedule conflicts and/or weather related absences without penalty provided Softball Fans Academy is given 24 hour advance notification.
Notification of cancellations/reschedules must be directed to the font desk at Softball Fans Academy via one of the following methods:
Leaving a message on the Softball Fans Academy answering machine at 269-372-0667
Written Cancellation Form
Sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Notifications will not be accepted by the scheduled trainer.
Cancellations/Reschedules without 24 hour advance notification will be subject to a “lost lesson” penalty and will not be granted a reschedule.
Any “no show” (regardless of the reason) will be subject to a “lost lesson” penalty and will not be granted a reschedule.
In the case of injury, if student has already exhausted her 2 cancellations/reschedules for the training session, she is required to submit a physician’s note regarding the injury in order to be considered for any additional reschedules.
Absences (cancellations/reschedules) cannot be refunded, credited or carried over to the next instructional session.
